By accessing or using TheWomensRX website and services at thewomensrx.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
TheWomensRX is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed, board-certified physicians for consultations related to women's health conditions including erectile dysfunction, testosterone therapy, and weight management. Physicians may prescribe FDA-approved medications when clinically appropriate. Medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies.
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Our services are available only in states where our affiliated physicians are licensed to practice.
TheWomensRX does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Our platform facilitates telehealth consultations — all medical decisions are made by licensed physicians exercising independent medical judgment. A prescription is not guaranteed and depends on the physician's clinical assessment.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected treatment plan. Introductory pricing (50% off first month) applies to the first month of treatment only. The $50 waitlist discount requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After the introductory period, standard pricing applies. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Treatment plans are subscription-based and renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account with one click. Cancellations during a commitment period are subject to the terms of your selected plan. We do not charge cancellation fees after the commitment period.
Due to the nature of prescription medications, refunds are generally not available once medication has been dispensed. If you have not received your medication or there is an error with your order, contact us at support@thewomensrx.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
